Riley Barnett

Black and White Film Portraiture Inspired by Marilyn Monroe

This portrait sequence was inspired by a famous session with Marilyn Monroe - most recognized by the singular frame where she was caught out of character, almost as if to show how she really felt, who she really was. Shot on Kodak Tri-x film and pushed in development for extra grain and contrast - modeled by my friend and Summer muse, Riley.

Location :

Studio Sixty Reid, Bear Lake, Michigan

Kodak Tri-x 120 +1 with a Zeiss Ikoflex Favorit TLR
