Simple, and classic portraiture from my Charleston Studio of kids just being kids. Kids have such a wide range of expressions - from the most exaggerated and outward to the most pensive and inward blank stare you've ever seen. I love photographing children for this reason. There is something so honest in their expression - not yet taught to suppress emotion by societal norms. This session shot entirely on film.
